Towne Lake Named Master-Planned Community Of The Year By The Greater Houston Builders Association

Caldwell Communities, the residential development division of Caldwell Companies, was awarded highest honors in three categories at the Greater Houston Builder’s Association 2016 PRISM awards, which recognizes the industry’s top performers in people, product and promotion.

Of special note, Towne Lake won the GHBA’s highly-competitive “Master-Planned Community of the Year” award, along with two additional PRISM awards for “Entrance” and “Best Recreation Center” for the community’s new Lakehouse.

This marks the third consecutive year that a Caldwell Community has been named “Community of the Year” by the GHBA and is the second recognition for Towne Lake, which was first awarded the title in 2012.  Caldwell Communities’ Willowcreek Ranch was named Community of the Year in 2015, and its development Rock Creek took home the honor in 2014.  Caldwell Communities also won the “Grand Award – Developer” in 2014.
