COLDWELL BANKER COMMERCIAL WESTMAC ARRANGES $11 MILLION OFFICE BUILDING SALE TO USER BUYER IN CULVER CITY, CA

A private seller has sold its Culver City office building at 5995 Sepulveda Boulevard for $11,150,000 to an owner-user buyer. 

“This was a perfect fit for both the Buyer and the Seller” T.C. Macker, CCIM said.  The three story 24,000 square foot office building sits on a 21,780 square foot lot.  And Mr. Macker added “The building’s freeway signage, excellent parking and amenities across the street at the Westfield Culver City made this an attractive purchase for the user buyer.”
