Tickets are currently on sale for A HOT & SAXXY NIGHT with Saxtress Pamela Williams, Marlon Boone, and Marcus Boothe performing live at the TPepin Hospitality Center located at 4121 N. 50th St., Tampa, FL on Sunday, August 14, 2016 at 7pm. This event is sponsored by EncoreVision Entertainment Productions, Inc. and Sister Soldiers, Inc., a non-profit organization that is launching its’ presence in the bay area. Its main mission is to assist female veterans and active duty female personnel who are transitioning from military to civilian life. A portion of the proceeds from this event will go to assist this organization in making a difference.

Pamela Williams is a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania native. She began playing tenor saxophone while still very young and played in the Martin Luther King Jazz Ensemble at King High School in her home-town. In her teens she was already leading her own band, playing local clubs and building a wide-ranging repertoire that encompassed jazz, Latin, R&B and hip-hop. When she was 20 she began touring with Patti LaBelle, an engagement that lasted almost six years. In 1996 Williams’ recording of ‘Secret Garden’, a single from Saxtress, which featured singers Teena Marie and LaBelle, spent four months on the Billboard Top 25. Williams has also worked with Prince and has made videos with Barry White. An immensely talented player, Williams has built an enviable following among a younger generation of listeners and has created a satisfying blend of smooth jazz and contemporary pop.
Marlon Boone is a Florida native from Pahokee, Florida where he began his musical career at the age of 10, but currently calls Tampa home. He has a perfected talent that encompasses alto, tenor and soprano saxaphones. He was a featured performer while study at Bethune-Cookman University; from which he is a graduate. Marlon has performed with such greats as, Pieces of A Dream, Saxophonist Kim Waters, The Desert Rain Band, smooth jazz trumpeter Joey Summerville, gospel artists Donald Lawrence and Tye Tribbett, and a host of others.
Marcus Boothe is a Florida native from Tampa and attended local schools in the bay area. Marcus is an accomplished saxophonist and has played with a number of artists such as Shawn Brown.
