Problems with Trump, Most Candidates and the Syllabus of Errors, says Bible expert, Dr. Ruhling

Two crucial ingredients for a presidential candidate are internal integrity and choice to defend the Constitution. Most candidates talk a good game, but in seeking wide support, also favor issues that bring them into conflict with founding principles of the US, says Dr. Richard Ruhling, who decries Catholic government as taught by the Syllabus of Errors.

PRESCOTT, AZ - 2/3/2016 (PRESS RELEASE JET) -- Best-selling author Joel Rosenberg says Trump has been a liberal all his life and there is little evidence to indicate “a true change of heart on matters of faith or policy. Indeed, he has said openly that he does not need to repent or ask God for forgiveness.” He continues...

“It would be a mistake to entrust the entire pro-life, pro-marriage movement to a man who has blown up two marriages of his own, boasts of his infidelities, runs gambling and strip clubs, has supported abortion on demand and Planned Parenthood for decades, and talks of appointing his own pro-choice sister to the Supreme Court. It would be a disaster to entrust the economy to a man who has proposed both the biggest tax cut in history (with no plan to pay for it) and the biggest tax increase in history (in 1999). Further, it would be a catastrophe to entrust the security of our nation and our allies to a man who...who clearly doesn't understand the threat of Radical and Apocalyptic Islam, and who says he gets his military advice from watching Sunday TV talk show.”

Cruz has shown his ability to flip-flop for polls and in seeking to edge Trump, members of his team said “Carson looks like he is out. Iowans need to know before they vote.” That was a tweet from a Cruz supporter and Carson's wife witnessed the same message at the caucas she attended. No wonder they talk about dirty politics.

“During the debates, most of the candidates made statements that suggest conflict with the Constitution, Ted Cruz wants to be Reagan who won the hearts of the free world by standing up to Gorbachev, but Reagan made serious mistakes,” says Ruhling.

When Truman tried to appoint an ambassador to the Vatican, there was so much protest after the papal concordat with Hitler to make the world Catholic if he won, that Truman couldn't do it, but Reagan did it and since then Washington has become Catholic with Supreme Court Justices Kennedy and Scalia appointed by Reagan and O Connor, Episcopalian (nearly Catholic) and Reagan opened the borders for the pope, bringing us a populace that will vote as the priest says, says Ruhling.

And it's not just Cruz who doesn’t believe in a constitutional divide between church and state. Most of the candidates are Catholic or catholic (universal—go along and get along) contends Ruhling who says the Protestant view to keep government separate from the church is the primary principle that made America great in contrast with every other Catholic country to the south. He says they were founded at the same time as the US, but by priests whose ordination vows include a commitment to the Syllabus of Errors that condemns freedom of religion, conscience, speech and press, as it asserts the pope’s temporal authority over all civil rulers: 1864.” (Google to see pdf online).

The papacy says no man is free to embrace and profess that religion which, guided by the light of reason, he shall consider true. (June 9, 1862). They teach that “the Catholic religion should be held as the only religion of the State, to the exclusion of all other forms of worship.”

Dr. Richard Ruhling is a retired physician who would like to see a ticket with Carson and Paul, Fiorina or Bachmann, knowing Carson as a man of principle for years before his decision to run. Ruhling is author of Apocalypse 2016 and believes we may see martial law wipe out free elections with events that may be coming this spring. Ruhling says Carson understands healthcare better than the other candidates.
