The hotel is owned by HPO, LP of Los Angeles, California. David Wani, chief executive officer of Twenty Four Seven Hotels made the announcement.

The 128-room property is located on the grounds of Ontario Mills Mall, which features more than 200 retail outlets, restaurants and entertainment options. The hotel is located less than 4 miles from the Ontario Convention Center and the Ontario International Airport.
