SJB Millinery confirmed for The New York Collections show during NYFW

9/4/2015 (PRESS RELEASE JET) -- SJB Millinery will present its newest head wear collection in The New York Collections fashion show at The High Line Hotel Sept. 12 at 3 p.m. during New York Fashion Week.

SJB Millinery is a North American millinery studio which specializes in women's couture hats and head pieces in traditional and contemporary styles. Head milliner and owner SJ Brown creatively adorns the heads of irreplaceable women in her quaint Virginia studio.

“I truly believe that quote by Coco Chanel, ‘to be irreplaceable one must always be different’,” said Brown. “I think my hats make women feel beautifully different enough to be irreplaceable without taking them too far out of their fashion comfort zone. So, I am ecstatic to be showing my new line, The Minnie Collection, at NYFW with Oxford Fashion Studios.”

Brown will be one of 27 designers from 16 countries to show designs at The New York Collections.

“I'm really excited about The New York Collections 2015,” said Tiffany Saunders, Oxford Fashion Studios creative director. “From graceful designs to theatrical pieces I believe design has no boundaries and no limits. My team and I have sourced designers from Europe and around the world who are wonderfully unique and whose creations are individually innovative, brilliant and creative.”
