Sharon Stone to Keynote Rotary World Peace Conference on January 15

LOS ANGELES, CA - 12/1/2015 (PRESS RELEASE JET) -- The Rotary World Peace Conference announced today that Sharon Stone will be the keynote speaker for the opening session at the Rotary World Peace Conference 2016, on January 15, 2016 at 1:00 pm, at the Ontario Convention Center in Ontario, California, just East of Los Angeles.

The Rotary World Peace Conference 2016, January 15 & 16, 2016 will focus on topics on Conflict Prevention and Resolution solutions.   Over 100 local and international experts will share solutions and blueprints to use in developing solutions for implementation.

In addition to her achievements as an award winning actor, producer and director, for the past 20 years Ms Stone has served as Global Fundraising Chairperson for amFAR, raising hundreds of millions of dollars to fight AIDS.  She has received numerous awards including the “Global Institute Healthcare & Medicine Humanitarian Award” by one hundred of the top doctors in America.  In 2013 she was honored by the Nobel Peace Laureates at the Nobel Peace Summit in Poland with the “Peace Summit Award”.

Ms Stone recently produced a compelling documentary based on global female rights titled “Femme”.
