Nine year old successfully launches company on Kickstarter and uses proceeds to deliver teddy bears to children in need

LOS ANGELES, CA - 12/3/2015 (PRESS RELEASE JET) -- The Teddy Cat™ has been successfully funded on Kickstarter. The Teddy Cat is the brainchild of nine year old Lauren Webber. As a cat lover she wanted to create a cat-like teddy bear. She designed the Teddy Cat and through Kickstarter was able to launch the furry beast. Now with backers from across the US and Europe she is using the proceeds to deliver Teddy Cats to children in need this holiday season. 

"So far we have been able to send Teddy Cats to children in need in Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Mississippi and The Philippines." said Lauren Webber, "Its been so much fun to see other children love the Teddy Cat as much as I do."

The Teddy Cat is now available for sale at Lauren's website ; www.myteddycat.com. For every Teddy Cat purchased, The Teddy Cat company will deliver another Teddy Cat to a child in need.
