In a close fight to win the title, self proclaimed Miss Voucher won the accolade for her service to online fashion buyers at popular clothing retailer ASOS.com, collating and displaying special offers and discount codes for all her users to use, completely free of charge and that is what won her the title, helping to scoop the top prize from more popular UK based websites such as MyVoucherCodes, VoucherCodes and Savoo.
Speaking to the press, Estelle Wilsenholme revealed that she was shocked to have won the title, commenting "I simply couldn't believe the amount of interest that the site has gathered over the past 12 months. The site has been nothing but a way for me to help others save money on the items that they were already looking to purchase but making them even more affordable, with ASOS discount codes some of the most popular the site has."
With the online voucher code industry booming, there are major players in the marketplace that are taking over the running of the online market, often seen to be a monopoly of affiliated pressure that provides the everyday shopper with the ability to be able to do what they would love to do, spend less on the things that they want.
Wilsenholme revealed "Following the announcement that I had won the award ahead of some of the biggest sites online, I have decided that I will be looking to continue the growth of the site in the coming months, focusing less on the fashion aspects and expanding out into everything from technology and holidays if I can find the time to do so!".
When asked whether she would be looking to seek investment in order to make the growth of her small, yet very successful website www.missvoucher.com, which has aided visitors to save millions over the past year, Wilsenholme said "I'm not sure yet as I like the personal feel that the site offers and with so many people already messaging me to thank me for helping them to save money on their orders, it makes sense to continue with what I am doing and not falling into the corporate world too much".
Expansion plans have since been expressed by the young mother of two and it looks like she will be looking to build out on the retailers that are displayed on the site as soon as possible with the Christmas holidays soon upon us but Wilsenholme also expressed an interest in updating the site with a state of the art design that will still tie in with her personality.
