San Diego has a new premier music venue thanks to Diego’s new music venue built by top provider of building and construction management firm
SAN DIEGO, CA - 9/25/2015 (PRESS RELEASE JET) -- A new premier entertainment and restaurant venue has hit all the right notes in San Diego’s Little Italy neighborhood, thanks to its top construction management experts, Jaime Partners.
The Music Box, a tri-level, 11,500-square-foot venue that hosts musicians, private parties and other entertainment in an open, yet intimate space was recently completed under the direction of Jaime Partners, a leading San Diego-based provider of building and construction management expertise for premier projects.
Working with architecture architectural firm Gensler, Jaime Partners served as the construction manager and general contractor for The Music Box, a tenant improvement/remodel of a former jazz club located at 1337 India Street in San Diego.The tri-level site features unique indoor and outdoor spaces, providing a one-of-a-kind setting for any and all celebrations.

The project took about seven months to complete. Upcoming entertainment at the venue will include headliners such as David Cook, Rusted Root and Scott Weiland & the Wildabouts.

Alfredo Jaime is a self-made man in the construction industry. He started as a project superintendent in 1996 and worked for a building construction company before forming Jaime Partners in 2011, where he is in charge of the day-to-day activities.
Rodolfo worked in the development of large public and private projects in San Diego County and Mexico regions in Mexico including Cabo San Lucas and north of Baja. As a real estate developer, Rodolfo has worked on condo and income-producing properties. As an entrepreneur, he brings knowledge on business strategy and project management.
Together, Alfredo and Rodolfo have decades of combined experience in the development of hospitality and retail projects for some of the top general contractors on the West Coast.
