How To Find The Right Contractor : BBB’s Torch Award Points Homeowners In The Right Direction
SAN DIEGO, CA - 12/15/2015 (PRESS RELEASE JET) -- It’s one of the toughest decisions to make about one of the largest purchases homeowners make in their lifetime: how to find right contractor for a remodel?
Many homeowners start with a referral or a glance down their street to see which companies might be remodeling in their neighborhood. While these methods might produce good results, another option is to have a look at which companies are being recognized for their commitment to operate ethically in the remodeling industry.
Marrokal Design & Remodeling received the Marketplace Ethics award for 2015 (making this its fifth win) at the Better Business Bureau’s Torch Awards 18th annual program this month.

The remodeling industry is seeing positive growth year-over-year, according to the latest Residential Remodeling Index (RRI) released by Hanley Wood company Metrostudy. It’s the 14th consecutive quarter of positive gains and no slow-down is expected.
When industries boom, there is increased risk. As more contractors come into an industry, it becomes difficult to find the right contractor for a remodel.
