Seattle-Based Capelli’s Gentleman’s Barbershop Opens Fourth Location at Citigroup Center in DTLA

Simone Loban, co-founder of Capelli’s Gentleman’s Barbershop in Seattle, has opened her fourth location – this one in Downtown Los Angeles at 444 South Flower Street in the Citigroup Center.
