Ann Blake Featured on InspiLeaders Radio to Talk About A New Twist To Giving This Christmas Season

Ann Blake, organizer of Midland County Secret Santa was recently featured on InspiLeaders Radio to discuss a new twist to giving this holiday season.

11/30/2015 (PRESS RELEASE JET) --Visionary, philanthropist and organizer, Ann Blake, appeared on InspiLeaders Radio on Thursday to discuss a new twist to giving this Christmas Season that several charitable foundations, businesses and community supporters are proud to be a part of.

Blake runs the Midland County Secret Santa event in Sanford, Michigan taking place at Meridian School on December 12, 2015.  Anthony Smith of InspiLeaders Radio got word of the event that helps children in the community experience the true gift of giving during the holiday season and contacted Blake to be interviewed.

"As a fan of InspiLeaders Radio, it was a very exciting experience to get to be a part of it.  Everyone has a passion and mine is Secret Santa. Sharing it with my community is exciting and uplifting! Paying it forward and teaching the value of giving is very rewarding," said Blake.

She teaches children in the community that it’s better to give than receive by giving them the opportunity to be a Secret Santa for someone else while having a long day of fun in the process, all at no cost to the childred or their families.

In the interview, Blake goes on to share her experiences with the long running program and how others can join in and help.

After adopting a family of nine children and playing Secret Santa for them on her own 20 years ago, Ann and her family, friends and some generous businesses and charitable foundations have since helped thousands of less fortunate children and families with the help of their community to teach children at a young age to do the same.
