Affordable, Customized Reporting Now Available for Small Businesses to Better Identify and Market to the United States Government

ARLINGTON, TX – 10/26/2015 (PRESS RELEASE JET) -- The Cross Timbers Procurement Center recently launched their United States Government Procurement Profile (USGPP), a report to help small businesses better identify and market their products and services to the United States Government.   The USGPP is an affordable, customized report that combines data from various sources based on a company’s NAICS code and specific capabilities.

The USGPP answers four crucial questions for companies looking to sell to the Federal Government:

  1. Does the U.S. Government (USG) buy my products or services?
  2. Who makes the decision in the USG to buy the products / services?
  3. What contracting methods are used to buy the products / services?
  4. Who is my competition?

The USGPP report is ideal for small companies who are currently selling to or want to start doing business with the U.S. Federal Government, especially those with socioeconomic certifications, GSA / IDIQ contracts and/or have products/services that qualify for Simplified Acquisition (SA) threshold.

The USGPP report provides key information including top product/service codes, top agency awards, contracting methods, top vendors, a list of expiring contracts and an index of key decision maker contacts for targeted federal agencies. It also includes helpful hints on how to market and establish relationships with members of federal acquisition teams.  The report is easy to use and will save small business owners the time of researching NAICS codes and decision maker contacts.

“Successfully selling to the federal government requires answering key questions early on in the marketing process,” said Gregory James Director of Cross Timbers Procurement Center.“ In essence, companies need to know who in the federal government is buying their products or services and when those contracts are available. The USGPP report answers those questions quickly, allowing companies to focus their time and energy on sending the right message to the right people, not searching through expensive databases.”

USGPP reports are available for $795 per NAICS code.  Reports can be ordered online at http://usgmarketresearch.com or through the Cross Timbers Procurement Center.
