WESTLAKE HS PARTNERS WITH SYMMETRY TURF FOR MULTI-FIELD SPORTS PROJECT

Westlake HS, a part of Eanes ISD, was recently ranked the third best public high school in Texas by Niche. Westlake’s athletic program has been the starting point for the careers of several sports stars such as Drew Brees, Nick Foles, JD Smart, Huston Street and Calvin Schiraldi. It also has the honor of being one of only two high schools in the nation to graduate two Super Bowl MVP quarterbacks.

Westlake is known for placing a high value on their academic and athletic facilities. The choice to convert existing natural grass fields to synthetic turf was a clear example of a continued commitment to bring value to their students and community by providing athletic facilities that are available for use despite inclement weather and are highly resistant to the impacts of extensive use.

After careful consideration, Symmetry Turf was selected to construct the fields with their Genesis® line of synthetic turf in the baseball and softball stadiums. Symmetry’s Genesis® line represents the pinnacle of quality, performance and safety that the industry has to offer.
