1.     VRDT Holdings is schedule to file Form S-1 in SEC ,United Sates 

2.     VRDT Holdings has completed (3)round of fundraising as of Q1, and the offering price of VRDT’s share value will be at USD 1/unit in IPO.

3.     VRDT Holdings Inc has officially appointed Shook Lin Book as it’s official corporate legal representative in South East Asia.

4.     VRDT has launched mycliks.com on 12th March 2018 as part of its milestone, mycliks.com is an online marketplace for craft makers and unique entrepreneurs

5.     VRDT is currently under progress of developing a mega project to be launched in Sarawak under the title of “Digitalise Sarawak ”.

What is Next

The focus this year is to grow the business, and we shall do that by organic growth and by continuing our acquisitions. Depending on how the audit of new acquisition goes, we may keep announcing further acquisitions every quarter. The ultimate focal point is to reach the destination as projected despite struggles and challenges.

Shareholder Services

The company  has engaged with Investor Relation firm form the United States and South East Asia. The appointment of the firms will be announced to the public and shareholders through the press release and E-mail announcement. The investor relation firm will be the responsible body to facilitate the communication between the company and the shareholders in business processes and other relevant matter relating to the company’s growth. The company will than introduce the Shareholder’s Counsel to advise investor relation related matters.

Communication 

The companny will be communicating with the public and shareholders more frequently through the press release and media communication moving forward .
