This year, for the second year in a row, Villa Monticello, Ghana’s premier luxury boutique hotel, has been nominated for 4 World Travel Awards in the categories of:

The World Travel Awards (WTA), acknowledged across the globe as the ultimate travel accolade and considered the “Oscars” of the travel industry aims to celebrate those organizations who push the boundaries of industry excellence. Villa Monticello has been annually nominated for the coveted World Travel Awards since opening its doors in 2011 and has accepted honors for Ghana’s Leading Hotel award in 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2016, Ghana’s Leading Boutique Hotel 2016 and Ghana’s Leading Hotel Suite 2015 & 2016. In addition to the World Travel Awards, international hospitality and design industry vanguards such as Conde Nast Johanssens, Elle Decoration UK and Trip Advisor have also recognized Villa Monticello for its world class service, exceptional design and fine dining restaurant, Chapter One with awards such as the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence every year since 2013, a prestigious award bestowed upon the top-performing 10% of all businesses worldwide on TripAdvisor,

Industry insiders, consumers and stakeholders from around the world are invited to cast their votes for  Villa Monticello  until 21st of August. The winners, which are selected by online ballot entries, will be announced at the 2017 World Travel Awards Africa Gala Ceremony in Rwanda’s thriving capital, Kigali on Tuesday 10th October 2017.
