Ubitquity taps into the power of AWS to allow high-demand clients to access scalable hybrid architecture
 

Ubitquity LLC, one of the first enterprise-ready blockchain-secured platform for real estate and title recordkeeping, is pleased to announce that it is accepting clients for versions of its Unanimity platform hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS).

“Over the past year we’ve had numerous requests from our clients to explore the possibility of scaling up their deployments of Ubitquity’s platform,” said Nathan Wosnack, Founder and CEO of Ubitquity. “After careful consideration, we’ve decided to build a relationship with AWS.”

By leveraging AWS’s processing power and scalability, Ubitquity is now able to pursue large Enterprise clients that need to do frequent and fast writing to the Blockchain or require compute-heavy tasks such as the rapid creation of smart contracts based on rapidly fluctuating factors. An example can be found in the real estate sector, where smart contracts can be used to finalize property conveyance based on market conditions. With smart contracts, this is done on the blockchain and the contract is automatically fulfilled. For some of Ubitquity’s clients and prospects, this might be done thousands of times a month.

Ubitquity’s unanamity? platform, which complements its existing platform launched in March 2016, utilizes blockchain and off-blockchain data storage. This allows users to ensure the authenticity of information related to the land or property in question, particularly its current ownership and all the historical transactions. In addition, the non-encrypted metadata regarding transactions, among other contents of all the formulas, are stored in a centralized database, with encrypted decentralized storage for clients who require it.

This is an expansion of Ubiquity’s existing relationship with AWS. Ubiquity leverages AWS to provide a complete cloud services and cloud management portfolio designed to give enterprise customers fast, flexible access to the cloud.
