Tucson REALTOR partners with tech firm to offer environmental noise data

Tucson-area REALTOR Greg Richman has partnered with Charlotte, NC-based Davis Farrell Technology to offer environmental noise information for Tucson-area homes.

HowLoud's Soundscore™ technology uses a patented algorithm that rates properties for a variety of noise sources, such as airports, traffic, and local sources. With this breakthrough technology, which has been featured in Gizmodo, Digital Trends and Yahoo! Tech, properties eligible for a Soundscore™ will include a rating for each factor in the score, along with an overall rating from 50 (very loud) to 100 (very quiet).

Davis Farrell Technology was among the first firms in the US to partner with HowLoud to integrate SoundScore into a real estate property search.
