She’s teaming up with Toronto Public Library’s Youth Hub and Girl Talk Empowerment, a GTA-based movement empowering thousands of girls across Canada and the U.S. to become world-changers. Rosie Monday will take over Youth Hub at Jane and Finch with the headinthestars team to collaborate on a song and video series highlighting underrepresented young people in the community and how they can use artistry to impact social change. The very next day, she will perform her electric single, ‘GIRL’ and talk about building confidence to kick off Notre Dame Secondary School’s Girl Talk Empowerment Day.
