The Closing Agent (TCA) announced today the successful implementation of a breakthrough technology reducing processing time and assisting Realtors with their marketing efforts.  Through a partnership with NextDeal, The Closing Agent will start using their flagship product preDOCS to streamline the data collection effort when processing a real estate closing file.   Realtors, buyers, and sellers are guided through the completion of closing documents and questionnaires using a secure online portal, the system also collects e-signatures on important closing documents reducing time at the closing table Documents that do not need a notary can be reviewed and signed electronically prior to closing in a secure online environment increasing customer satisfaction.
