Second Book from Keynote Business Strategy Speaker Releases on June 1, 2018

Entrepreneurs finally have their own personal Customer Experience Champion – Sherry Moyer is out with her new book ‘The 3-D Entrepreneur: Unleash Your Inner Expert (Measured for Meaning, LLC, 2018), to help entrepreneurs recognize the competitive value of their unique experiences as they Define, Design and Demonstrate (the 3 Ds) the best possible outcomes for their customers.

After nearly 20 years in outcomes-based human services delivery, Sherry brings her unique perspective as a coach, consultant, author and speaker to Entrepreneurs by helping them orient their day-to-day operations toward the measurable impact (outcomes) they can give their customers. With advanced degrees and her background in human services and senior leadership positions, Sherry is a genius at turning traditional practices upside down, starting from the end and helping her clients work backward to ensure no variable is left uncounted when considering how best to serve their customer base.

Moyer is firmly placed in a league of her own. Her passion for ‘making expectations meet reality’ as Sherry likes to say, drove her innovative and comprehensive approaches that rewired how the behavioral health community serves some of the most vulnerable individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders. With an emphasis on implementing only low cost, efficient and evidence-based strategies, Moyer fervently believes that “When applied effectively, human expertise will produce more options and better outcomes than arbitrary adherence to systemic norms.”

Making the transition to full-time business and strategic coaching/consulting, Sherry knew it was time to for her to live what she teaches, so she took her favorite expression, “Measured for Meaning” and built her company around it.

Sherry continues to innovate in everything she does by developing monthly subscription-based Customer Experience Champion Services for Entrepreneurs and small business owners that includes: multilingual customer feedback surveys, display of the Customer Experience Champion logo and regular webinars designed to give Entrepreneurs a foundation for long-term growth around their customer-focused services and products.
