Texas Hydraulics Holdings Inc. Appoints New EVP of Sales and Business Development

Texas Hydraulics Holdings Inc., a leading manufacturer of custom fluid power components, has announced the appointment of Naimesh Davé as EVP, Sales and Business Development. In his new role, Mr. Davé will be responsible for the leadership of the Texas Hydraulics Holdings sales and marketing team, as well as direct all organic and inorganic growth efforts throughout the organization. 

“Naimesh’s diverse background encompassing sales and business development coupled with his successful track record of growing OEM and Aftermarket businesses is a great addition to Texas Hydraulics Executive Team” said Patrick Taylor, CEO of Texas Hydraulics Holdings.

Prior to joining Texas Hydraulics Holdings (THH), Mr. Davé was the VP Global OEM and Head of Europe and India at a publicly traded manufacturing company where he provided leadership for OEM and Aftermarket business within the company. Prior to that, Mr. Davé was the General Manager at Viking Pump responsible for full P&L including business strategy development and execution.

Mr. Davé holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the School of Engineering at California State University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
