Share Lawyers’ Case Management Software Conversion is Good News for Clients

Share Lawyers, Toronto’s leading disability law firm, has converted their software to a new Case Management system in order to improve service to their clients.  

Stuart Grodinsky, Manager of Operations at Share Lawyers has been working hard with the whole Share Lawyers team for the past 6 months. He has been planning and getting the system ready for the 75 hour switch. 

Our team worked ahead of schedule so they’d have a lighter workload during the conversion.  “The transition was very smooth; it went better than we could have even imagined,” says Grodinsky.  “We had the expected small hiccups and some moments where we had to get creative, but in the end everyone was able to get their work done by the end of day 1, which is amazing.”

The updated system has automated even more of the small tasks that could take a lot of time during someone’s day, resulting in a positive impact at the office. “Our productivity has increased now that we’ve had a few weeks to get used to the new way of doing things. I think the most popular phrase I’ve heard during the conversion was ‘You mean I don’t have to do that anymore?’.” 

With the Share Lawyers team that much more efficient with this new technology, our clients’ experiences have been even better and smoother. “Our data is better organized and more accessible to our staff now, and we’ve made a lot of improvements to our communication systems,” says Grodinsky. “Clients will be excited to know that we are continuing to update our technology and make sure our communication is the best it can be!”
