Roberto Tudisco, General Manager for Glossy Bay Construction ltd., has been named "Top GM of the Year in Construction" for 2016-2017 by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP)!
While inclusion with the International Association of Top Professionals is an honor in itself, only a few members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction. These special honorees are distinguished based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, longevity in the field, other affiliations and contributions to their communities. All honorees will be invited to attend the IAOTP’s annual award gala at the end of this year for a night to honor their achievements.
With over 25 years of professional experience in the construction industry Roberto has certainly proved himself as an accomplished professional and expert in the industry. His key responsibilities include; scheduling, procurement, reporting to the Board of Directors, dealing with the government, business planning, client management, consulting, new business development, construction management, construction engineering, construction site management, team building, team leadership and project management. Roberto's specialty is in structures and luxury finishes.
Having grown up with construction as a family tradition it was a natural progression for Roberto to excel in this field. Roberto earned his Bachelors degree in Construction from ITSOS Claudio Varalli Bollate Milano Italy; and his Associate's Degree in Construction Engineering from Ass. Industriali Cuneo. He speaks Italian, English and French and has been recognized worldwide for his hard work and achievements. He was named Outstanding Professional of the Year with the International Society Of Business Leaders and Top GM of the Year with the International Association of Top Professionals for 2016.
Looking back, Roberto attributes much of his success to his hard work, determination and perseverance. When not working he enjoys spending time with his family. For the future Roberto aspires to continue growing as a professional and hopes to step into the planning side of the business.
