Robert Evans III selected as Top Attorney of the Year for 2018 by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP)

Robert B. Evans III, JD, MBA Attorney for Evans Law was selected as Top Attorney of the Year for 2018 by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) for his outstanding leadership and commitment to the legal field.

With over 2 decades of professional experience as a practicing courtroom attorney, Robert Evans has certainly proven himself as an accomplished professional and expert in not only personal injury litigation but also real estate litigation, commercial litigation and representation in general law. Native of New Orleans, Louisiana with a Juris Doctor and a Masters in Business Administration from Loyola University, Mr. Evans is uniquely situated to assist clients with complex corporate issues both in and out of the courtroom.  From representing gas customers as a result of fraudulent overcharges, to success against Louisiana State University, Mr. Evans has been very exciting to watch.  The President of IAOTP, Stephanie Cirami stated, “Choosing Mr. Evans for this honor was an easy decision for our panel to make.  Mr. Evans is unique in having a JD and an MBA, he is brilliant at what he does and we felt he would make an amazing asset to our organization.  We hope to spend time with him at the gala, and know we will be seeing more amazing accomplishments from this man. 

Mr. Evans areas of practice extend beyond the field of personal injury, and he has extensive experience in contract negotiations, commercial and residential leases, corporate transactions and reorganizations, as well as business formation and management.  He is able to advise clients on the different types of business entities, getting started, entering into contracts and contract negotiations. Further, in the unfortunate event that a contract is broken, Mr. Evans will spend a big portion of his time in both federal and state courts dealing with commercial litigation, from the simple to the complex. His clients are businesses who find themselves subject to various collection issues, evictions, reorganizations, continuous litigation or other internal issues which require the advice of counsel. 

Throughout his illustrious career, Robert Evans has been active in his community and recognized worldwide for his outstanding leadership and commitment to the legal profession. He has received many awards, accolades’ and has been featured in numerous publications and magazines such as the New Orleans’s Magazine, Top 100 Lawyers, Worldwide Registry, and he is being considered for a feature article in TIP (Top Industry Professionals) Magazine.  For 2018 he was selected as Top Attorney of the Year by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) and is also being considered for a Business Leader Award. For 2017 he was selected for a Humanitarian Award by Marquis Who’s Who, and New Orleans Magazine recognized him as the “Kingfish” elite business professional in 2016, the only lawyer to ever receive this designation. He is an Honoree, Designated Trial Advocate with the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. He has received an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell, Top Attorney in Louisiana by Martindale-Hubbell and Outstanding Professional of the Year by Marquis Who’s Who.
