Vee Boi Baby Combats Rape Culture By Donating to RAINN Network Washington, D.C. JUNE 21, 2016 – With all the attention on rape and the media emphasis on the culture surrounding it, one music artist is making a difference. Hollywood music and media nominated artist, Vee Boi Baby, who is active in the community with charity announces his recent donation to help kids and adults with a $1,000 donation to RAINN, an anti-sexual assault organization working with local rape crisis centers across the U.S. Additionally, Vee Boi Baby continues to keep it real in NC by donating to Men's Homeless Shelter in Charlotte, North Carolina. While Vee has been off tour and in the studio, he has been donating to charities he believes in and getting involved in the Charlotte, North Carolina community to support those less fortunate. One of the most sobering statistics which brought together the idea of raising $11 million dollars to build special housing for the homeless is that there are currently 4,700 homeless children enrolled in Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools. Another statistic worth noting about Charlotte's less fortunate is that 12% of the homeless men in the Charlotte Men's Shelter are veterans.
