Private Stock Market, Inc. (“PSM”), a Santa Monica-based startup building financial technology products for institutional investors announced today that they’ve launched a Private Stock Communication Platform (“Platform”).  The Platform was built exclusively to allow institutional buyers and sellers of stock in private companies to connect, communicate and negotiate securely.  PSM is the latest creation of serial entrepreneurs Tim Symington and Bryce Knight, who have successfully teamed up in the past selling two companies that they co-founded together.
