Private Stock Market, Inc. (“PSM”), a Santa Monica-based startup building financial technology products for institutional investors has launched their Private Stock Marketplace (“Marketplace”).  The Marketplace, built by serial entrepreneurs Tim Symington and Bryce Knight, will allow institutional buyers and sellers of stock in private companies to list stock for sale or purchase, connect and transact.
