In 2016, Arizona ranked as the third-highest State for the number of fatalities per population with 1.4 pedestrians killed per 100,000 people.  In fact, pedestrians are 1.5 times more likely than vehicle passengers to be killed in a car accident (Center for Disease Control and Prevention 8/9/17).  As Phoenix pedestrian accident attorneys, we see these accidents occur all too often.  They involve friends, family members, loved ones and are preventable.  We encourage all those that operate motor vehicles, bicycles, motorcycles, or any other individuals who may be sharing the roads to slow down.  Take your time to look around.

On December 7, 2017, shortly before 11:00 p.m., a pedestrian, Brian Uentillie, was struck and killed by a hit and run driver at the 4300 block of North 16th Street (north of Indian School Road) in Phoenix, Arizona.  The hit and run vehicle is either a white or silver pickup truck.  Police are still investigating.

Kester Law Group is encouraging any witnesses that may have been in the area to share any information that you may have regarding the identity of the driver, the vehicle model, year, or license number; anything else you may have seen.  If you call our office with information you may be rewarded up to $1,000 if your information leads to the felony arrest and conviction of this driver.  You can also call silent witness.

If you or a loved one has been injured in a Phoenix car accident involving a hit-and-run driver, you may deserve compensation.  The Phoenix car crash accident attorneys at Kester Law Group can provide you with a free consultation, please call us today at (480) 771-6000.
