Restaurant to serve Greek dishes,
brick-oven pizzas, salads and more

Peters Greek Kitchen is set to open its doors in Waltham, Mass., a Boston suburb, on Monday, December 12. The new restaurant will occupy the space formerly held by Café Angelinos.
The recently remodeled eatery features a new menu focusing on authentic Greek dinners and appetizers, gyros and sandwiches, brick-oven and specialty pizzas, fish and beef entrees, calzones, salads and more.
“We’re excited to bring this new style of restaurant to the Waltham community and make it a go-to dining spot for both families and businesspeople,” says Thomas Fotis, owner of Peters Greek Kitchen. “We carefully selected our management team, redesigned the space, acquired off-street parking and expanded the hours. We’re also pursuing a beer and wine license to add to our customers’ dining experience.
The focus of the menu is authentic Greek recipes, homemade, never-frozen meals with no preservatives. Fotis stressed the importance of using the freshest ingredients to make up the Waltham restaurant’s selection of healthy and delicious dishes.
Peters Greek Kitchen, located at 1056 Main St., Waltham, Mass. 02451, will be open Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. It will offer dining, take-out and delivery for lunch and dinner, breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays. Customers can park for free in the newly acquired and handicap-friendly adjacent parking lot.
