Paula Vail selected as Top Female Professional of the Year by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP).

Paula Vail, Owner & Founder of Wellness Inspired has been selected as Top Female Professional of the Year for 2018 by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP).

While inclusion with the International Association of Top Professionals is an honor in itself, only a few women are chosen for this distinction based on their years of experience in the field, professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, and contributions to their communities.  These are truly incredibly talented women who have dedicated their life to their work and have had a lifetime of achievement and success in a male dominated industry!

Paula was also selected by IAOTP as Top Wellness Coach of the Year for 2017 for her outstanding leadership and dedication to the field.  She will be honored at IAOTP’s 2017 Annual Award Gala at the Ritz Carlton in Battery Park NYC for both distinctions. www.iaotp.com/award-gala

Paula is being recognized for having over a decade of professional experience as a Reiki practitioner and in the Health and Wellness Industry and for her being a dynamic, results-driven leader, Mother, Entrepreneur.  She has demonstrated success not only with Wellness Inspired and her Reiki Teaching but also as a successful business woman and Radio Show Hosts for her shows on Voice America called “For the Love of Reiki”, BBS radio network called “Why am I so Happy, and her newest show on Women’s Braodcasting Television Network called “choices: Finding your Joy.”  Also on KKNW radio in the Seattle area.

With her diverse background and experience Paula has been able to share her gifts, joy for life and experiences with people on a global level.  From the day she was born she said she has had a reason to be thankful for her life, having been born prematurely.  She always believed happiness is a choice people have.  While in college, she worked for a restaurant in Tacoma, Washington that she ended up buying and worked in that restaurant for over 27 years. She gave birth to three wonderful children and wanted to spend more time with them.  She converted her garage to a functional day care called Fun Times Daycare with 2 employees while still finding the time to manage the restaurant.  After selling the restaurant is when she began learning Reiki.  Paula’s Reiki teachers included William Lee Rand, she received the Usui Master training in Machu Picchu, Peru, and she has her Level III Master in Serenity Vibrational Healing with crystal bowls and illumination, and continues her training in Shamanism and Quantum Healing Techniques. She is also trained in Seven Sacred Flames Reiki.

The President of IAOTP, Stephanie Cirami, stated “Choosing Paula for this award was an easy decision for our panel to make.  She is talented, humble, gracious, bright, and beautiful at what she does and we felt she would make an amazing asset to our organization.  We are looking forward to meeting her at the gala and know we will be seeing more amazing things from this amazing woman.”

Throughout her illustrious career Paula has received numerous awards, accolades and has been recognized worldwide for her outstanding leadership and commitment to the profession. For three years in a row, Wellness Inspired was voted the “Best in Tacoma” in the wellness category earning a place in the Hall of Fame.  In 2015 & 2016 she was featured in the Women of Distinction Magazine and graced the front cover.  She received the Pinnacle Professional for the Year Award by “Continental Who’s Who”, where she was featured on a billboard in Times Square and featured in ICE Magazine (Inner Circle Executive).  For 2017 selected as Top Wellness Coach of the Year by the International Association of Top Professionals where she will be honored at their annual award gala at the end of this year.  For 2018 she is being considered to be featured in TIP (Top Industry Professional) Magazine and for IAOTP’s Lifetime Achievement Award. 

Looking back, Paula attributes her success to her training, her perseverance, mentors she has had along the way, and her passion for helping people live a healthy and happy lifestyle. For the future, she will continue to grow her teachings, grow as a professional and wants to continue to make a difference in people’s lives any way she can.
