INDIANAPOLIS, IN - 09/08/2016 (PRESS RELEASE JET)
Patronpath, an industry leader providing mobile and web ordering solutions for restaurants, has announced a successful integration with the Focus point of sale system at The Original Pancake House in Bethesda, Maryland. The Original Pancake House is now receiving mobile and web orders placed by their patrons injected directly to the Focus point of sale, saving valuable staff time and streamlining operations.
Head of Operations David Dennison stated, “Our customers have been asking us for some time to provide this convenient and time-saving method to place orders. Now that the word is out, we are seeing more and more orders coming in. We expect to add online ordering with Patronpath at our other two locations (Rockville, Maryland and Falls Church, Virginia) very soon.”
The new integration with Focus adds to Patronpath’s already robust set of point of sale system integrations that includes Aloha/NCR, Comtrex, MICROS/Oracle, and POSitouch, and extends their availability to the restaurant marketplace.
“The integration with Focus allows us to provide mobile and web ordering to a new market of restaurant operators looking to increase revenue through this channel,” said Srini Gorty, Patronpath co-CEO. “Restaurant customers enjoy an easy ordering experience, and the operator fulfills orders coming into the POS just like any other order in store,” added Gorty.
