Pathfinder’s Manager Noah Travels and Speaks as one of the Top Managers in the Country

Founder and Director of Operations of Pathfinder, Noah Dubale has a passion for travel and development of talent from within the company. Noah has continuously been recognized nationally as a manager that leads from the front with his team and revenue. His work ethic and results gave him the opportunity to travel both to Miami, Fl and to Concord, CA.His first trip was specifically just for the best in the country. He was invited to spend several days in Miami to discuss business strategy and client goals. During this trip, Noah was with the other 10 best managers to spend time relaxing on a yacht and getting wined and dined for a job well done. The top managers networked and relaxed but also brainstormed on key roles within the company, new clients, and personal goals.“It was an opportunity of a lifetime,” continued Noah, “to be able to network with the best in the country and our mentors who paved the way before us.” 

Less than a week later Noah and the Pathfinder team traveled to Concord, CA where he was one of 5 managers hand selected to speak to the region’s up and coming leaders about compliance. Understanding the importance of the relationship with their clients and consumers, Noah impacted these young leaders on compliance. He talked about how it is a mindset and it is something that you set the example on 100% of the time, that to truly be a leader how you speak around those personally and professionally. Noah gave examples of specific conversations and how to handle confrontation as well as explaining how your actions and body language are just as important. Finally, he spoke on image and how that isn’t just clothing, but how you carry yourself and represent your business in person and online.
