Just in time for the 2016 political season, a new release from award-winning author Stephen Hawley Martin, What if Hillary Gets Elected?, takes readers into the heart of a heated contest between Liberal and Conservative candidates for President in the run up to Election Day at a time when a global terror organization threatens to plunge the world into a new Dark Age.

Martin said, “It’s ironic, perhaps even prophetic, that Dr. Ben Carson said last week in his speech that Hillary Clinton was a fan of Saul Alinsky, whom he suggested was an admirer of Lucifer, the Prince of Lies. It’s almost as though he had tapped into a plotline of my new book.”

Martin went on to say what’s going on behind the scenes of the two campaigns in his novel ought to keep readers riveted. The strange behavior of the candidate named Hillary has one of her close confidants worried and perplexed. Hillary says she a way to do placate the terror group and bring about peace, and that the conservative candidate will only lead the nation and the world into a disastrous, all-out war. But is she telling the truth? Hillary’s close advisor, Millie, cannot help but wonder. Something simply does not seem right.? Millie’s former lover works for the opposition, and the opposition has spies—capable, unscrupulous spies. Should Millie ask him what’s going on? Surely he knows. Or is it best for Millie to keep her distance?

Her head says call him, but a trembling sensation in her gut says, “Don’t you dare.” Yet if something is terribly wrong, if for example Hillary has gone mad, is being blackmailed, or has gone over to the dark side, what if Hillary gets elected?

The result is a fast-paced novel that pits good against evil, evil against good, and is likely to keep readers frantically turning pages to the very end. The author, Stephen Hawley Martin, is the only three-time winner of the Writer’s Digest Book Award, which he has won twice for fiction and once for nonfiction. Martin has also won First Place for Visionary Fiction from Independent Publisher and First Place for Nonfiction from USA Book News.

What if Hillary Gets Elected? is published by The Oaklea Press, distributed by CreateSpace, and is available in trade paperback for $12.95 and in Kindle eBook for $3.99.

To launch the novel, the Kindle edition is being offered free from Amazon, July 25-29. Click here to get Kindle edition free from Amazon, July 25 through 29.
