New group for Los Angeles residents interested in holistic wellness and success, launched by Monica Ortiz, founder of www.TheUniverseSeries.com

Monica Ortiz, the founder of www.ExceptionalLifeInstitute.com and www.TheUniverseSeries.com, has launched a new group for Los Angeles residents who want to achieve success in their careers, relationships, and lives in a sustainable, holistic, and authentic manner.

The group, titled “Exceptional Life Institute - Invest In Your Life” was established after many of her clients voiced interest in doing their personal growth and learning in the company of like-minded people.

“Going to The Exceptional Life Institute's events and seminars always brings light and energy to my life. The people there are invested in not only improving their own lives, but encouraging and empowering me to continue on my journey toward personal growth. It can be hard to make steps to understanding oneself more, but having community with a common ground gives me the support I need to keep going toward my happiest life,” says group member Kristin Ladd.

The group shares tools on how to create a balanced and successful life in all areas. They promote events such as guided meditation and tai chi for mindfulness, as well as career and relationship focused Q&A sessions where members bring in their challenges or goals and get expert advice from experienced coach Monica Ortiz.

Many of the events are free or low-cost so that all residents of Los Angeles, regardless of their background, can participate. Events are hosted every one to two weeks in the Mar Vista or Santa Monica areas.
