National General Insurance will be holding an Open Interview Event Thursday, February 15th from 9am to 6:30pm. This event will be held at their Farmers Branch, TX office, located at 4455 LBJ Freeway, Farmers Branch, TX 75244. 

National General Insurance is looking to fill 30+ CSR - Customer Service positions at their call center. These customer service agents will be responsible for servicing National General clients and their homeonwners' policies. Candidates can find more information on the role below.

Job Snapshot:

• Answer inbound calls and field questions pertaining to an existing insurance policy and determine the appropriate course of action.
• The initial point of contact after the sale of the policy includes but is not limited to: recognizing exposure and asking the appropriate, probing questions.
• Documenting specific details of call interaction, processing endorsements, answering billing questions and taking payments, excellent phone etiquette, and dedication to customer service, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Provide superior service by delivering a WOW experience for both independent agents and NGIC customers
• If you have a current Property and Casualty license or Home Owners experience, start off at a higher base!
