Natasha Gladman, Joint Managing Director of Flintlock Marketing, was selected as "Top Professional of the Year in Branding" for 2016 by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP)!

Natasha Gladman, Joint Managing Director of Flintlock Marketing, was selected as "Top Professional of the Year in Branding" for 2016 by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP). 

While inclusion with the International Association of Top Professionals is an honor in itself, only a few members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction. These special honorees are distinguished based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, longevity in the field, other affiliations and contributions to their communities.  All honorees are invited to attend the IAOTP’s annual award gala at the end of this year for a night to honor their achievements.

With over 25 years of professional experience in the marketing industry, Natasha has certainly proved herself as an accomplished professional and expert in the field.   After graduating Warwick University with honors in 1992 with her Bachelor of Arts in Economics & International Studies, Natasha was always drawn to the marketing and branding industry with her keen interest on how consumers behave. She first began in Marketing at Unilever Bestfoods working on the iconic UK brand OXO, she worked there 7 years culminating in the role of Business group Director Ambrosia, before accepting the position of Galaxy Brand Building Director at  Mars Confectionery, where she climbed the ranks for 4 years building the Snickers brand across Europe.

In 2007 she moved to the USA and became Brand Development Director NA Ragu and Bertolli Sauces and Knorr for Unilever, where she was responsible for Brand strategy, innovation and communication. Before creating Flintlock in 2014, Natasha was the UK Marketing and Innovation Board Director for Youngs Seafood Limited and then Brand Communications Director in the UK for Tesco. Colleagues that have worked beside Tasha describe her as a “fantastic marketing leader, excellent brand marketer, she’s bright enthusiastic and a great motivator of people.”  

Her key responsibilities as Joint Managing Director of Flintlock Marketing include running the business, generating new business leads, transforming businesses from the inside, overseeing a team of marketing consultants, and helping big Consumer Packaged Goods or retail firms.  

Natasha has been recognized worldwide for her outstanding leadership and commitment to the profession. For 2015 she was inducted into Bristol Who’s Who and named “Outstanding Member of the Year,” and for 2016 she was selected for inclusion and named “Top Professional of the Year in Branding” by the International Association of Top Professionals.

Looking back, Natasha attributes her success to her curiosity, work ethic, drive, perseverance and passion to thrive in the industry.  For the future, she will continue to grow as a professional, serve on the board of a key business and continue to make Flintlock even more successful.
