Mukesh Misra, MD, FAANS joins TeleHealth365 Inc. as a member of the Board of Advisors

TeleHealth365 Inc. today announced that Mukesh Misra, MD, FAANS has joined TeleHealth365 Inc. as a member of the Board of Advisors. The company is a provider of SaaS (software as a service) HIPAA-compliant OmniPresence (a secure video conferencing solution) and OmniCare (online virtual medical clinic) offerings for healthcare.

TeleHealth365’s OmniPresence video is being used in the USA, India, Bangladesh and the Middle East. The business is seeing major growth throughout these markets. Individual healthcare providers and hospitals are using secure video conferencing to schedule virtual office visits with patients in their communities, especially in rural areas where hospitals and clinics may not have an on-staff specialist. 

To meet the shortage of Medicaid and Medicare services requiring medical specialists, TeleHealth365 is now offering Omnicare in selected cities in USA. Omnicare is an online virtual medical clinic that allows Telehealth365 to offer total outpatient care to Medicare and Medicaid patients across the United States so that they can be helped at the local level.

Mukesh Misra, MD, FAANS completed his medical school in India and then moved to Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom for further medical studies and neurosurgical training. He subsequently started doing Research in Neurosurgery in University of Illinois in Chicago and then finished his residency in neurosurgery from University of Illinois in Chicago in 2005. He has been a practicing neurosurgeon in Southern California since 2006. He has been engaged in basic and clinical research over the years during his stint as research fellow and resident in neurosurgery. During these years, Dr. Misra has served as an assistant to the editors for various national and international journals. He certified in Neurological Surgery by the American Board of Neurological Surgeons in 2013 and was awarded the Fellow of American Association of Neurological Surgeon in 2014. He has received various recognition nationally and internationally and was also listed as “top 100 doctors” in Fresno, CA. October, 2007. His research and clinical work has been extensively published in various peer reviewed and non peer reviewed national and international journals and books. He has over 65 peer reviewed articles, over 30 book chapters and reviews and over 60 oral and poster presentation of his research and clinical work over the years.
