Aquamelon, the 100% all-natural watermelon juice produced using exclusively Fresh from Florida watermelons is proud to announce it is now available statewide throughout the sunshine state! Thanks to our ever-growing fan base of “Melon Heads”, the Aquamelon cold-pressed production facility needed to expand to meet demand. Aquamelon recently completed a 55,000 square foot high tech expansion in the heart of watermelon farm country, Dover, FL. 

Born as an idea at the University of South Florida’s Student Innovation Incubator (SII) five years ago, by its creator and founder USF student Dez Williams. Aquamelon has exploded with exponential growth. Aquamelon is now available in stores all over Florida. Including specialty organic supermarkets like Earth Fare, Lucky’s Market, Nutrition Smart and Earth’s Origins. Also in popular independent retailers like Ward’s, Nature’s Food Patch, Locale Market and Armature Works. 

As consumers continue seeking healthier and better tasting vitamin packed drinks, Aquamelon delivers on both fronts. Watermelon is a super fruit with superior functionality to both coconut and orange juice and offers a much healthier alternative to traditional sports drinks and juice boxes.

So how DO you get juice from a watermelon? Our melons are sourced locally from farms across the Florida. We employ conscious farming and manufacturing methods by employing family-owned farms and the most state of the art cold-pressed manufacturing facility.

We believe in a sustainable supply chain from start to finish. It starts at the source by hand selecting each melon and carefully extract the flesh and rind. Our leftovers are used to create animal feed for farms local to our cold-pressed manufacturing facilities.

Just HOW healthy are watermelons?

In each bottle of Aquamelon you get electrolytes in the form of potassium; Vitamin C; a powerful antioxidant, Lycopene; and L-Citrulline, an amino acid that helps with muscle performance and blood flow. 

Watermelon is a fat-free fruit and is a good source of Vitamins A, B6, and C. Each bottle of Aquamelon has significant levels of lycopene, citrulline, antioxidants and amino acids. Lycopene has been linked with heart health, bone health and prostate cancer prevention.

Our bodies use vitamin B6 to help break down proteins, so the more protein is consumed, the more vitamin B6 is needed. The potassium in Aquamelon helps balance fluids in our cells.
