Microsoft acquiring BOX?

Recently talks within the Microsoft Cloud Division (MSFT) have surfaced that BOX (BOX) is a likely candidate to help them grow this area of the business.
With its robust enterprise clientele, and rapid growth during the COVID crisis it is becoming clear that it would help to greatly influence the way Microsoft currently are growing out their Cloud Services, Fitting file-management perfectly between its Azure platform and the communication within Teams.
As talks to take a cloud file-management service are only rumblings it appears they are poised to make these acquisitions before at home working becomes the norm amongst large businesses.
