MEDIATACTIX TO OFFER DRONE PILOT GROUND SCHOOL

MediaTactix is pleased to announce its partnership with Drone Pilot Ground School, to roll out training for becoming a commercial unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) pilot. 

The online “Drone Pilot Ground School” is designed to provide operators with information about the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) remote pilot test, as well as about flying safely and responsibly in national airspace. 

Under the FAA’s Part 107 rule, which went into effect on Aug. 29, 2016, prospective commercial drone operators must pass an aeronautical knowledge test and obtain a remote pilot certificate with a small UAS rating. The certificate must be renewed every two years.
