KZA Realty Group Announces Three Bronx Transactions

KZA Realty announces that it closed three recent commercial deals in The Bronx. In the transactions, Kathy Zamechansky, president of KZA, represented the owner and the lessee.

The first deal will bring a Boost Mobile Wireless outlet to the Bartow Shopping Center, which serves Co-op City. The property is located at 2043B Bartow Avenue. The owner, Riverbay Corp., entered into a ten-year lease with Nazim Chowdhury for 1,201 square feet of ground floor retail space. The terms are $52,147.42 per year.

The area is a vital retail center in a high traffic shopping area that serves 55,000 nearby residents. There is ample public transportation in the area along with easy access to I-95 and the Hutchinson River Parkway.

KZA Realty also closed a deal on another property at 469 East 147^th Street. Raymond Yu of Yuco Management agreed to lease 900 square feet of ground retail space and 240 square feet of basement space to Maria Elena Rosario, who plans to open Maria Vegetables and Fruits near the bustling Hub commercial area. The terms are $22,500 per year over the course of a ten-year lease.

In addition, Ms. Zamechansky brokered a two-year lease renewal at 10 Van Cortlandt Avenue East in the Norwood section of The Bronx. Lessee Bedford Park Motors, Ltd. will pay owner Langsam Property Services Corp. $162,470 over the duration of the lease for the 7,385 square foot property.
