Fat Fit Go is a blend of plant based ingredients available in small pouches that fit in a pocket. The consistency is similar to a paste/butter which is meant to make it easy to eat anywhere. The biggest touted attributes by the company are the list of ingredients and the macro count. Macro count is important to people on a Ketogenic Diet. They were able to get 24 grams of fat and 2 net carbs in 1.15 ounce serving size.
