Houston based Trinity Dental Brings Hunger Relief to Hundreds of Families Affected by Hurricane Harvey
HOUSTON, TEXAS - 09/01/2017 (PRESS RELEASE JET)
Trinity Dental, a group of eleven dental practices in the greater Houston area, is devastated by the loss of life and property to their patients and team members, and are committing to do their part in helping neighbors return to a sense of normalcy. Up to 1,000 families will receive Smile Meal packages of food and groceries at no cost on Friday, September 1st at six of their eleven locations.
“This has to be one of the most difficult times in the history of our city. Our staff, patients, and neighbors have all been affected by the hurricane. We are honored to assist in the efforts to getting our community back on their feet and are donating bags of groceries and perishables for up to 1,000 families,” Chief Dental Officer Dr. Sheikh said.
There are many children and adults in the community who currently do not have adequate food, and the Smile Meal day is one of the ways Trinity Dental doctors and staff are rallying to provide immediate hunger assistance to those in need in the wake of this disaster.
The Smile Meal packages can be picked up at the following clinics:
Cleveland, Tomball, Denver Harbor, New Forest, Eastex, and Maxey Road.
Prepared bags will include baked beans, corn, green beans, Campbell soup, tuna fish, mac & cheese, gallon jugs of water, and other necessary items. Each bag can feed up to a family of four, and anyone in need is welcome to Trinity Dental.
