Healthcare Experience Foundation Announces Brooke Billingsley as Vice President of Service Excellence

The Healthcare Experience Foundation (HXF) is pleased to announce the addition of Brooke Billingsley to our team. Brooke joins the HXF as the Vice President of Service Excellence. This newly created senior leadership position adds dedicated focus to assess and equip our clients to achieve and sustain a world-class healthcare experience.

 

Brooke will play an essential role in expanding our assessment capabilities to include ethnographic research at the bedside, generating thought leadership on the evolving field of healthcare service excellence, and working with our clients to accomplish patient experience, employee and physician engagement, and turnover performance results.

 

 

“We chose Brooke for this important role because of her accomplished background helping organizations understand the key behaviors that create excellent care and drive an engaged workforce,” said HXF CEO and Founder Katie Owens. “Brooke will begin working immediately with our clients both through the Healthcare Experience Foundation and our partnership with PRC Excellence Accelerator. Brooke’s dedication and passion to the healthcare community align beautifully with the vision and values of our Healthcare Experience Foundation team.”

 

Brooke comes to HXF after 21 years as an executive with Perception Strategies, Inc. and Task To Touch LLC, most recently as CEO of both organizations. Perception Strategies has been a leader in healthcare perception research working closely with healthcare systems, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare-related organizations. Task To Touch has used ethnographic research performed by Perceptions Strategies to develop e-learning videos that are distributed nationally and specific research studies. “My entire career working with over 135 healthcare clients had been to help them see the patient experience through the patient’s eyes.  I believe this ties in perfectly with HXF’s vision to bring out the very best in each person - those who are caregivers and those who are receiving care.”
