HealthCare Appraisers, Inc. named Hunter Outcalt, CPA, ABV, as a new partner in the organization. “On behalf of HealthCare Appraisers, we congratulate Hunter,” said Daryl Johnson, managing partner. “His extensive knowledge, integrity and commitment to excellence for clients and team members is widely-recognized, and we welcome him to the Senior Leadership Team.” 

Mr. Outcalt specializes in business valuation, intellectual property valuation, and transaction consulting services. His experience includes working with healthcare organizations, attorneys, administrators, providers, developers, consultants, bankers, and private equity groups to assist with a variety of transactions in the healthcare industry. His practice areas include valuation for mergers and acquisitions, valuation for shareholder buy-in/buy-out, stock options and warrants, valuation for financial reporting, goodwill and intangible asset valuation, marital dissolution, shareholder disputes, and other tax, corporate and litigated matters. He has presented and published numerous insights around the country focused on his areas of expertise. 

Mr. Outcalt holds a Master of Taxation from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Fisher School of Accounting at the University of Florida. He is a certified public accountant (CPA) licensed in the state of Florida.
