GRAND RE-OPENING – SNUG HARBOR ON KEUKA LAKE

We are proud to announce that the historic Snug Harbor Restaurant is open for the 2016 season. With the new year comes many exciting changes for this restaurant. Owner Tim Tompkins has drafted the Kismet Chefs-- Nyssa Trepes and Roberto A. Parrilla, to run operations for the year. Roberto and Nyssa are the Executive Chefs and Owners of the popular restaurant Kismet New American Bistro, located in Naples, NY.

From the view to the history, Snug Harbor is an amazing place to express our love for the culinary arts. Our goal is to bring Snug back into the forefront as a world class restaurant. We think everyone will love what we are doing here.”

“We are thrilled to be a part of this exciting new venture!” said Nyssa Trepes, Executive Chef/ Operating Manager. “We plan on bringing the same standard that made Kismet what it is, from the passion of food to the excellence of service. Between the history, the culinary bounty that surrounds us, the fantastic wineries and breweries located in the region, and the breathtaking views, Snug Harbor is so much more than a restaurant: It's a Finger Lakes destination.”

Snug Harbor will be showcasing New American cuisine, including an upscale dining menu, as well as a more casual menu for those that crave a gourmet twist on old favorites. Lunch and dinner will be served Tuesday-Saturday, with Brunch being served every Saturday and Sunday. The chefs will be utilizing local ingredients, as well as specialty items to add to their ever changing seasonal menu. The bar features traditional favorites, as well as local micro brews, local and worldly wines, small batch spirits, and house cocktails. Along with the restaurant, Snug Harbor is offering boat slip rentals, as well as opening up the third story loft for vacation rentals.

As for events, they are always welcome at Snug Harbor with the chefs creating a menu just for the occasion. “Custom menus just make sense.” said Roberto A. Parrilla. “Not everyone likes the same thing, and food is just as unique as the person.” From weddings to business functions, Snug Harbor prides itself on creating the perfect atmosphere for special events.

On May 28^th-30^th, Snug Harbor will be celebrating its Grand Re-Opening throughout the weekend into Memorial Day. This event starts at 12pm, and will feature a local pig roast with a variety of sides. Half off drink specials available all weekend long, extending into Monday.
