Houston Special Needs School Gains Membership

Grand Oak Academy in Houston, is pleased to announce their membership in the Texas Private Schools Association. Grand Oak Academy, established by Jennifer Strickland, MA, BCBA and John Pugh MA, BCBA in 2015, provides a full academic curriculum to children with autism and related disorders, while also incorporating the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Grand Oak Academy is also an accredited private school through AdvancedEd. 

By combining a traditional academic curriculum with Applied Behavior Therapy, Grand Oak Academy creates an environment that allows students with intellectual and developmental disabilities to progress academically, socially and cognitively.
