Grace Tombolato selected as Top Director of the Year by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP).

Grace Tombolato, Managing Director & Owner of GTE Human Resource Solutions Pty. Ltd., has been selected as Top Director of the Year for 2017-2018 by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP), for her outstanding leadership and commitment to the field. 

While inclusion with the International Association of Top Professionals is an honor in itself, only a few members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction. These special honorees are distinguished based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, longevity in the field, other affiliations and contributions to their communities.  All honorees are invited to attend the IAOTP’s annual award gala at the end of this year for a night to honor their achievements.

With over two decades of professional experience, Grace has definitely proven herself as an accomplished professional and devoted advocate and communicator in the business world.  As a talented, dynamic, results-driven leader, she has demonstrated success not only with GTE but with every position she has held. She has provided visionary leadership in the highly competitive Human Resource and Business Administration industries.  Grace was also the first female Owner of a Labour Hire Company to branch into recruiting for International Rail Infrastructure Companies throughout Australia.

Ltd, is a Human Resources Solutions provider that specializes in services such as Outsourcing of Workforces, Recruitment, Labour Hire, Executive Search Solutions, Employment and Payroll Management.  The firm also offers Consultancy Services regarding Industrial Relations, Occupational Health and Safety, Compliance, etc.  Grace’s key responsibilities include overseeing daily business operations throughout the Company, business administration, business development, communication, performance management, project management, and procurement.

Grace remains active in her community and has been recognized worldwide for her outstanding leadership and her commitment to the profession.  For 2018, she is being considered for Top Female Executive of the Year by the International Association of Top Professionals and is being considered for a feature in T.I.P (Top Industry Professionals Magazine.)  For 2017 she was selected as Top Director of the Year by the International Association of Top Professionals. For 2015 selected as Outstanding Professional of the Year by Worldwide Who’s Who and is an active member with her Chamber of Commerce.
